Brown-grey macule 5-30 mm ตำแหน่ง คอ/ลำตัว/แขน — จำนวน 5-100 จุด — ไม่มีอาการ prodrome Histopathology: basal layer pigmentation เพิ่มขึ้น + dermal melanophages ไม่มี inflammation/lichenoid infiltrate — ตัวแยกจาก lichen planus pigmentosus

แยกจาก Ashy Dermatosis

Erythema Dyschromicum Perstans (ashy dermatosis) — สีเทาอมฟ้า — มี erythematous halo ระยะแรก — lichenoid infiltrate — chronic progressive — รักษา HCQ/topical tacrolimus/clofazimine DDx อื่น: drug eruption, Addison, hemochromatosis, macular lichen planus

รักษา: Reassurance + Sun Protection
