Every patient is examined personally by Dr. Patara Voravutinon, a Diplomate of the Thai Board of Dermatology (Medical Council of Thailand license 54323).
- Diagnostic confirmation — KOH preparation, fungal culture, or biopsy when needed before treatment.
- Topical antifungals — terbinafine, ketoconazole, ciclopirox, etc. selected by infection type.
- Oral antifungals — terbinafine, itraconazole, fluconazole for extensive disease, scalp, or nail involvement.
- Tinea capitis (scalp) — requires oral therapy; topicals alone are insufficient.
- Onychomycosis — oral terbinafine or itraconazole, sometimes combined with topical agents and nail debridement.
- Pityriasis versicolor — topical or oral ketoconazole, with patient counseling that pigment changes take months to resolve even after fungus is eradicated.

A board-certified dermatologist confirms fungal diagnosis before treatment (many "fungal rashes" are actually eczema, psoriasis, or other conditions). Wrong topical (especially steroids) can worsen fungal infections — known as tinea incognito. Aesthetic clinics often miss these distinctions.
